What are the benefits of permanent makeup?Permanent makeup is perfect for those who desire a soft, natural enhancement to their appearance which is wearable everyday for any lifestyle. It's great for those with sensitive skin who can't wear traditional cosmetics on a daily basis. Also, a great option for those active in sports such as swimming, hiking, tennis, aerobics, etc. who worry about their cosmetics sweating off or the hassle of reapplying. Permanent makeup can help those who have difficulty applying cosmetics due to different factors such as arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, etc. Overall, it is timesaving for every individuals lifestyle.

How do I prepare for the procedure?No alcohol, asprin, or any medication that will thin the blood at least 24 hours prior to procedure. Avoid caffeine 3-5 hours prior to procedure. You must not be on acne medication and must be off accutane for at least one year. No tanning before procedure and no direct sunlight at least 5 days after. You may wear makeup the day of the procedure.

How long does it take to heal?First off, every skin is different which means every skin heals differenly. Clients normally heal anywhere between 7-10 days, given the aftercare is followed to the T! You may go back to work and your daily activities being aware of the care of your brows.

How long does it take and how long do they last?First sessions take 2 - 2.5 hours. Touchups normally take 1.5 hours depending on the healed results from the first session. As everything is SEMI permanent, brows last up to 3 years depending on your environment (humidity), how active you are, and skin type. Eyeliner lasts up to 2 years and lips up to 1.5 years.

Can I get them wet or workout?For the best results, keep the area dry and refrain from working out for one week so that your skin is able to retain the pigmentation.

Does it hurt?Every persons tolerance is different however I apply topical numbing before and during the entire procedure. Most clients tend to feel slightly to barely in the beginning and from there more numb as the skin opens up.

Will you fill in my brows first?Yes. Before starting the procedure, I will pre draw and shape you until you are 100% satisfied. From there we will go over the colors best suited to your face.

Can I wear make up after?Only around the treated area such as foundation. Refrain from using any product on the direct area such as any dip brow, eyebrow pencils, eyeliner, and lipsticks. You may continue with your normal skincare as long as the area is avoided.

If I had my brows done previously by a different artist, is it considered a touchup?"No. If you had your brows done by a different artist and make an appointment with me, it will be considered a completly new brow or "correction brow". Results are not 100% guranteed but I will do my best to help you achieve your desired look.

I'm pregnant. Can I get permanent makeup done?NO. Permanent makeup is not recommended for those who are: pregnant or nursing, diabetic, undergoing chemotherapy, viral infections and/or diseases, epilepsy, skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.), had botox in the past 2 months, used accutane in the past year.

What if I am late to my appointment?If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule your appointment.

How old do you have to be to have permanent make up done?You must be 18+.

Can I bring my children?Children are not allowed in the procedure room and may cause distractions to the artist.
